What do we do?

Jessica Leigh CBT helps individuals struggling with Anxiety and Depression who want to regain happiness and contentment, by teaching applicable emotional resilience skills and self compassion.

Unlike other counselling services, we place a firm focus on a warm and welcoming setting, in which its okay to not be okay. This is an important component of successful therapy because if you're not comfortable progress will be stagnated. We provide easy to follow treatment plans, with inclusive relapse prevention. 

Opening Hours:

  • Tuesday to Thursday - 10am to 7pm (last appointment 5.30pm)

  • Friday - 10am to 5pm (Last appointment 4pm)

What is CBT?

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is a type of psychotherapy that looks at;
