About Jessica Leigh

Putting a face to the name. I wanted to introduce myself. My name is Jessica and as the name suggests, I am the founder of Jessica Leigh CBT.

I began Jessica Leigh CBT because I didn't see quality, cost effective care being provided in our community. I am a firm believer in sometimes the person that needs counseling the most, can often be the person who can afford it the least. That is why we endeavor to work with clients budgets and provide concession rates for individuals who are unemployed, claim benefits or in full-time education.

I graduated with a BSc (Hons) Degree in Social Psychology in 2012 and in 2014 completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I am a Registered Member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy and a member of the British Association of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapists.

Alongside my private practice, I work as an Educational Psychotherapist in Queens University and Academic tutor at Belfast Cognitive Therapy Centre, one of Northern Ireland’s leading private counseling, therapy and training centres.

If you are considering counseling and would like to discuss how we can help YOU. Please do not hesitate to get in contact. I would love to hear from you.
